On a personal note:

I am a wife and busy mother of three. I understand what it’s like to be a career focused and family-centered parent who wants to provide the absolute best for their family. I understand and empathize with my clients, that navigating the challenging seasons of life can take a toll on our mental health and well-being. All of us need someone in our corner offering support and encouragement a various times in our lives and that is why I decided to open this practice. I want to offer my services to the local and surrounding community, to help improve quality of life, and help individuals manage their mental health and realize the importance of treating the whole person.

My primary focus is accurate diagnosis and treatment. At MM&M, we focus on treating the underlying disease if one exists, as well as, managing symptoms to improve functioning using various psychotropic medications, over the counter supplements, and non pharmacological modalities; all backed by current, evidence based research.

So please, don’t hesitate to reach out to us here at MM&M.

If you, a friend, or loved one is struggling with depression, anxiety, impaired focus and attention, seasonal mood shifts, insomnia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis, schedule with us today.
